Growth Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build reports, dashboards, and automations to power company-wide decisions
• Work on growth and marketing analytics, product analytics, or operations and supply-side problems
• Analyze conversion funnels, attribution models, supplier economics, and product experiments
• Understand marketplace mechanics and identify key drivers for business outcomes

Requirements

• 1-3 years in an analytics, BI, or data science role
• Strong SQL skills including complex joins, window functions, and CTEs
• Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation and automation
• Hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI)

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to dbt or Airflow
• Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts
• Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, or consumer tech sectors
