Growth Analyst

Responsibilities

• Source new opportunities within target VC and Enterprise accounts
• Identify product champions and relevant personas within target accounts
• Create and engage customers through personalized messaging
• Schedule and assist Account Executives with discovery meetings
• Identify and communicate opportunities to improve GTM processes

Requirements

• Desire to work in person at our NYC office in Flatiron
• A track record of excellence in previous endeavors
• A scrappy, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing environments
• Excellent communication skills across various user types (sales, engineering, data science)

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant experience in similar sales or growth roles
• Technical acumen or the ability to learn software products quickly
