About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own customer success and revenue growth by improving customer experience and streamlining processes
  • Onboard customers as a trusted product expert and business partner
  • Partner cross-functionally with Support, Product, and Engineering to accelerate adoption and identify market opportunities
  • Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through expansion and renewal opportunities
  • Lead strategic projects to drive growth and innovation

Requirements

  • C2 German proficiency
  • Experience in customer service or customer success with heavy customer-facing interaction
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment
  • Technical background in (industrial) engineering or a top-tier business school degree
  • Excellent communication abilities in German and English
  • Resilient and driven mindset
