About the role
Responsibilities
- Own customer success and revenue growth by improving customer experience and streamlining processes
- Onboard customers as a trusted product expert and business partner
- Partner cross-functionally with Support, Product, and Engineering to accelerate adoption and identify market opportunities
- Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through expansion and renewal opportunities
- Lead strategic projects to drive growth and innovation
Requirements
- C2 German proficiency
- Experience in customer service or customer success with heavy customer-facing interaction
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Technical background in (industrial) engineering or a top-tier business school degree
- Excellent communication abilities in German and English
