Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative upselling to existing SiteMinder customers regarding revenue management strategies
- Perform data-driven product demonstrations to articulate ROI and pricing strategy improvements
- Educate hoteliers on best practices using your domain expertise
- Manage the end-to-end upsell sales cycle from qualification to contract closing
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly upsell revenue targets
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline health within Salesforce
Requirements
- Proven track record in operational hotel revenue management
- Deep understanding of hotel pricing, channel distribution, and forecasting
- Ambition to transition into a B2B SaaS commercial role
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Fluency in English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales, account management, or commercially-focused B2B environments
