About the role
Responsibilities
- Own a defined territory and build prioritized target lists based on intent signals
- Conduct proactive research on high-growth companies and physical security leaders
- Execute personalized outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Lead full-cycle sales including discovery, product demonstrations, and contract negotiation
- Manage technical evaluations and pilots in partnership with Solutions Engineers
- Contribute to building a repeatable and scalable growth sales motion
- Maintain high accountability through accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle software sales experience
- Proven track record in SaaS sales
- Experience sourcing and closing net-new business through outbound prospecting
- Proficiency with modern sales tools and AI technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work from the El Segundo, CA office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to security, IT, or operations personas
- Familiarity with physical security or GSOC operations
- Experience with trigger-based or intent-driven prospecting
- Experience managing technical proof-of-concept stages
