Grovarbetare

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and machine demolition of building parts and installations
• Disassemble, sort, and load waste and recyclable materials
• Conduct sanitation and preparatory work for reconstruction
• Use and maintain hand and power tools such as saws, drills, and sanders
• Handle heavy lifting safely using aids like dollies, cranes, or forklifts
• Follow workplace safety regulations and use personal protective equipment
• Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to ensure schedule and quality

Requirements

• Practical experience in demolition, sanitation, or similar construction work
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely
• Physical stamina and ability to work at a high pace in demanding conditions
• Strong sense of responsibility and focus under pressure
• Knowledge of safety routines and PPE usage
• Good verbal communication in Swedish

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in asbestos removal or other specific sanitation methods
• Certifications for hot work, forklift license, or other relevant training
• Driver's license (Class B)
• Previous experience in contracting, demolition, or construction
