Group Treasury Lead

Responsibilities

• Build and develop the treasury function, defining processes and best practices for optimization and security
• Manage short and medium-term cash forecasting and daily monitoring of cash positions and bank flows
• Optimize Group liquidity and working capital requirements (WCR)
• Implement and manage Group cash pooling and monitor client/supplier payment terms
• Administer, optimize, and configure the Kyriba TMS to automate and reliable cash flows
• Manage banking relationships and multi-currency flows, including foreign exchange risk exposure
• Establish internal control procedures to secure payment circuits and mitigate financial risks

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance (Bac+5)
• Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally in a high-growth international environment
• Proficiency in Kyriba TMS and SAP ERP
• Expertise in cash forecasting, cash pooling, and working capital management
• Professional fluency in English
• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure processes in a transforming environment
