Group & Tour Services Agent

Responsibilities

• Book, process, and review lift ticket, rental, and ski school orders for groups and travel agents
• Reconcile Group & Tour partner accounts and work with Accounts Receivable for accurate billing
• Communicate with external and internal guests via email and phone to provide expert advice
• Research and resolve guest ticketing issues promptly
• Assist with fulfillment of orders by preparing vouchers, tickets, and pre-arrival packets
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue

Requirements

• College degree
• Minimum one year of professional experience
• Minimum one year of sales or customer service experience
• Minimum one year of experience using Point-of-Sale (POS) or ticketing systems
• Proficiency in English
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Resort or travel industry experience
• Intermediate to advanced Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills
