Group Tax Accounting & Reporting Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the Group Effective Tax Rate (ETR) and produce tax proofs
• Compute and book current and deferred tax provisions in Tagetik in compliance with IAS 12
• Analyze ETR drivers including blended rates and temporary/permanent differences
• Prepare the tax section of Group financial statements and annual report footnotes
• Calculate and update projected annual Effective Tax Rate (EAETR) at interim closings
• Book IFRIC 23 provisions for uncertain tax positions
• Extract and prepare jurisdictional data for Pillar Two and GloBE calculations
• Monitor and rationalize Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR)
• Contribute to the Group’s Financial Digital Transformation roadmap
• Coordinate with regional finance teams across 100+ countries
• Support the Group Tax Department in relationships with external auditors

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Tax
• 5+ years of experience in tax accounting, tax reporting, or tax provision
• Strong expertise in IFRS tax accounting (IAS 12), IFRIC 23, and Pillar Two/GloBE Rules
• Practical experience with financial consolidation in an IFRS environment
• Knowledge of Tagetik, SAP BFC, or OneStream is a plus
• Fluent in English and French
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders
