Group Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly group sales goals
• Prospect, qualify, and schedule appointments with local organizations, businesses, and community groups
• Develop customized group events, including theme nights, fundraisers, and youth experiences
• Manage a strong sales pipeline and provide regular updates on new business leads
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with group leaders to encourage repeat attendance
• Deliver exceptional customer service from initial outreach through event execution
• Work all home matches to host group clients and execute fan experiences
• Maintain high outbound activity, including 60+ daily calls

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in ticket sales
• Ability to maintain high outbound call volume
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Spanish language skills
