Group Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for credit card products
• Own the end-to-end card lifecycle, including onboarding, KYC flows, approval journeys, activation, billing, and repayments
• Build and manage products across card networks such as Visa and RuPay
• Work closely with issuing bank partners to launch and scale co-branded credit card programs
• Manage integrations with partner banks, TSPs, and infrastructure providers
• Build and coach a team of product managers to ensure high-quality customer experiences
• Drive key metrics including conversion rates, card activation, monthly spend, and retention
• Translate business needs into clear PRDs, user stories, and product specifications
• Use AI tools to optimize workflows and build intelligent features and internal tools

Requirements

• 9-12 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or banking
• Proven ability to ship customer-facing products at scale and own the process end-to-end
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, business, and external stakeholders
• Understanding of credit card ecosystems, issuing banks, and payment networks
