Group Product Manager - Nutri

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual and long-term strategic marketing plans, including market segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
• Lead the planning and execution of Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new product launches in collaboration with Medical, Regulatory, and Sales teams.
• Conduct continuous market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessments to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Act as the market expert for assigned products, managing molecule specifications, clinical applications, and unique selling propositions.
• Develop core marketing materials, including digital content, brochures, and training materials for sales teams and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Monitor product performance by analyzing sales data and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to adjust marketing strategies.
• Ensure all promotional activities and digital content strictly comply with industry regulations, legal guidelines, and company policies.
• Manage the annual marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management.
• Graduate degree in a Science stream.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marketing or Communication.
• MBA degree.
