Group Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and requirements for end-to-end Dynamic Product Ads (DPA)
• Own the product lifecycle from concept to experimentation and launch
• Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs to drive performance improvements
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver rapid, high-quality product iterations
• Synthesize data and insights to shape product strategy and execution
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics to identify new opportunities
• Resolve day-to-day operational challenges to ensure smooth execution

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management
• 3+ years of mobile ad tech experience, ideally with expertise in DPA or Commerce Media
• Demonstrated success in leading 0 → 1 product strategies and launches
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
• Solid understanding of go-to-market (GTM) cycles
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in fast-paced, iterative environments

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA preferred
• Experience in personalization, recommendation, or ranking systems
• Familiarity with commerce APIs, product feed management, and dynamic creative systems
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools
