Group Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a team of product managers, providing development, mentorship, and coaching
• Set an ambitious vision for the Verticals team covering airports, scheduled rides, and events
• Set team goals and success metrics aligned with Lyft's mission using data analysis and market research
• Own products from ideation through development, experimentation, launch, and maintenance
• Lead cross-functional partners including engineering, design, data science, and operations
• Communicate roadmaps, priorities, and decisions to partner teams and executive leadership

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management, product design, or consulting
• 2+ years of experience managing product managers
• Experience leading consumer mobile apps or marketplace products
• Experience working with data science and operations teams
• Strong ability to define and analyze business and product metrics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
