Group Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from needs identification to feature implementation
• Define product requirements and prioritize features based on commercial context
• Define and track KPIs to monitor product readiness and performance
• Act as the primary voice of the customer to channel feedback to internal teams
• Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers
• Provide clear updates to leadership and customers on program progress and risks
• Travel up to 25% to visit commercial deployments

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management
• Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, logistics, or supply chain
• Proven experience managing and developing other Product Managers
• Technical degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
• Ability to lead strategy and execution in ambiguous environments
