Group Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Synthesize user, competitor, and market signals into product insight
• Articulate product vision and build evidence-based prioritization cases
• Drive execution through a transparent cadence and risk management
• Own measurement frameworks tying product decisions to business outcomes
• Directly manage and develop a team of Product Managers
• Partner with engineering to manage technical tradeoffs and dependencies

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management
• 2+ years of direct people management experience
• Experience in fast-growing B2B SaaS environments
• Strong data fluency and ability to define success metrics
• Technical depth to engage with engineering on architecture
• Proven track record of navigating ambiguous, high-stakes decisions
• Authorization to work for any employer in the US

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in developer tools or engineering intelligence
• Experience with products built for technical audiences
• Experience operating in AI-reshaped environments
