Group Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct the product lifecycle from discovery to the delivery of impactful solutions for the Catalog program
• Lead a team of Product Managers to orchestrate work fronts
• Translate business demands into technical guidelines, collaborating with senior engineering teams
• Simplify complex problems to enable fast and efficient testing
• Monitor solution execution and define metrics to measure success
• Maintain effective communication with leadership and business areas to report progress and results
• Build a product vision for the next 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, and 5 years, aligning strategic objectives

Requirements

• Effective communication skills to interact with technical teams and leadership
• Ability to continuously learn about technologies such as APIs and AI models
• Skill to manage and collaborate with technical teams
• Strategic product vision and ability to promote "productive conflicts" to facilitate innovation
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely

• Experience with platform products and APIs
• Experience with catalog or retail products
• Profile with broad vision and ambition, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Openness to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies
• Experience building and leading teams for process and result optimization
