Group Product Manager, Growth

Responsibilities

• Own the user conversion and post-booking experience charter end-to-end across web and app
• Define a coherent growth strategy that ladders up to company-level goals
• Lead and coach a small team of PMs, setting direction and removing blockers
• Build a rigorous experimentation programme including prioritization frameworks and test velocity targets
• Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing on growth priorities
• Identify compounding growth levers such as flywheel effects and platform bets
• Define and hold the team accountable to OKRs and impact metrics across the funnel

Requirements

• Currently operating at Lead, Staff, Principal, or GPM level in consumer tech, marketplace, e-commerce, or travel
• Demonstrated track record of owning growth outcomes including discovery, conversion, and retention
• Deep experimentation fluency and experience building systems around A/B testing
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in funnel and cohort analysis
• Experience influencing without authority across Engineering, Design, and Data teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for strategy docs and PRDs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing PM talent
