Group Product Manager, Client Services

Responsibilities

• Own the client services product surface, including enrollment, eligibility, payer configuration, and the employer-facing experience
• Manage, develop, and hold accountable a Product Manager focused on Enrollment & Eligibility
• Drive long-term eligibility platform scalability to unlock enrollment growth at scale
• Optimize the enrollment funnel through instrumentation and activation analysis to improve member onboarding
• Develop a triage and prioritization framework for custom client requests to balance commercial priorities with core product roadmap
• Act in a forward-deployed capacity by embedding with client-facing teams and participating in RFP processes
• Translate complex employer and payer requirements into member-first product decisions

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management
• Deep fluency in health benefits, payer systems, or complex B2B2C environments, specifically regarding eligibility and enrollment
• Proven experience managing or mentoring other Product Managers
• Strong data skills, including funnel instrumentation and activation analysis
• Experience navigating custom client work within a scaled product organization
• Familiarity with AI-assisted product development and the use of LLM or agentic tools in a product workflow
• High ownership mindset with the ability to operate through ambiguity
