Group Product Manager - Cardiovascular

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and execution of the Cardiovascular portfolio to ensure alignment with long-term growth priorities.
• Coordinate, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering high-performance execution and collaboration.
• Drive the development and implementation of the 2027–2031 strategic plan for the therapeutic area.
• Oversee successful product launches and lead lifecycle management strategies for mature brands.
• Provide strategic guidance on brand positioning, messaging, promotional campaigns, and omnichannel initiatives.
• Monitor business performance, P&L evolution, and key KPIs across the portfolio.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, and Supply Chain teams.
• Oversee forecasting processes to ensure accurate demand planning and minimize stock risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
• Exposure to Cardiovascular, Primary Care, or related therapeutic areas.
• Proven experience in people leadership and team management.
• Demonstrated experience in product launches and lifecycle management.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
