Group Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-quarter vision and strategy for a core product area aligned to Brex’s highest company priorities
• Manage and develop a team of Product Managers, providing coaching, feedback, and career development
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and GTM leaders
• Incorporate AI/ML capabilities like LLMs and automation into customer-facing or internal products
• Establish strong planning, prioritization, and execution frameworks across your portfolio
• Define success metrics tied to company-level outcomes

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management with direct experience managing and developing PMs
• Experience owning and scaling complex product areas in B2B, SaaS, or fintech
• Ability to set strategy across multiple product surfaces and translate it into actionable roadmaps
• Technical fluency to engage in architecture and systems tradeoffs with Engineering
• Data-driven mindset with experience designing experiments and defining metrics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level narratives
