About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing plans to grow the business and expand sales productivity within the Ethical Marketing department.
  • Analyze market trends to develop effective marketing strategies and collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Create high-quality marketing materials, including evidence-based messages, clinical tools, product slides, and handbooks.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through advisory meetings, sponsorships, and congress attendance.
  • Manage A&P budgets and evaluate efficiency.
  • Oversee monthly sales forecasting and work closely with demand and sales teams to meet annual targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • More than 5 years of working experience in the Pharmaceutical or Clinical Nutrition market.
  • More than 2 years of experience in Senior Product Management within a multi-national company (MNC).
  • Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
