Group Process Owner Quality

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy Group-wide Quality excellence by designing robust, scalable, and harmonized processes.
• Establish a rigorous data governance framework, including KPI standards and advanced indicators.
• Lead international transformation initiatives such as Zero Defect, TQM, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Foster a global community of Quality experts, driving best practices and continuous improvement across all divisions.
• Act as the strategic interface between business operations and digital systems (SAP, PLM, CRM).
• Develop organizational maturity through structured training programs and a customer-oriented Quality culture.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Quality management within demanding international industrial environments.
• Proven expertise across the entire value chain, including suppliers, production, and customers.
• Deep technical mastery of quality tools: APQP, AMDEC (FMEA), SPC, PPAP, MSA, QRQC, and COPQ.
• Strong proficiency in structured problem-solving methodologies: 8D, A3, Ishikawa, and 5 Why.
• Extensive experience with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Advanced technical skills in SAP (ECC / S4HANA) and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Qlik).
• Exceptional leadership and influence skills with the ability to navigate complex, multicultural environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma or APICS certification.
• Experience working within Industry 4.0 environments.
• Background in low-volume / high-variety manufacturing contexts.
