Octave is a modern mental health practice that offers both in-person and virtual therapy. We focus on making high-quality care more accessible and affordable by partnering with insurance providers, supporting clients and clinicians with a system built on equity, effectiveness, and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy to adults dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and other concerns
- Use short-term, evidence-based approaches like CBT or DBT
- Offer culturally responsive care
- See clients virtually and/or in person
Requirements
- Must have at least 3 or more fully licensed clinicians joining Octave
- Must have own office space for in-person services
- All clinicians must be fully licensed (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD) in New York
- At least 1 year of post-license experience (2+ preferred)
- Master's Degree or higher from an accredited school in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage/Family/Child Counseling
- Training in CBT, DBT, trauma-focused treatments, or similar
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of post-license experience
- Specialized training in trauma-focused treatments
