Octave is a modern mental health practice that offers both in-person and virtual therapy. We focus on making high-quality care more accessible and affordable by partnering with insurance providers, supporting clients and clinicians with a system built on equity, effectiveness, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy to adults dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and other concerns
  • Use short-term, evidence-based approaches like CBT or DBT
  • Offer culturally responsive care
  • See clients virtually and/or in person

Requirements

  • Must have at least 3 or more fully licensed clinicians joining Octave
  • Must have own office space for in-person services
  • All clinicians must be fully licensed (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD) in New York
  • At least 1 year of post-license experience (2+ preferred)
  • Master's Degree or higher from an accredited school in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage/Family/Child Counseling
  • Training in CBT, DBT, trauma-focused treatments, or similar
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of post-license experience
  • Specialized training in trauma-focused treatments
