Group People Development Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data capture, tracking, and reporting for group programmes to support evaluation of outputs and ROI
• Support Learn and Perform project activity, including action tracking, testing, and stakeholder updates
• Act as the first point of contact for Learning and Development teams regarding system functionality queries
• Manage routine system administration, including change requests, course set-up checks, and process documentation
• Create user guidance, FAQs, training materials, and presentation content to support digital confidence

Requirements

• Clear and confident communicator with the ability to create engaging guidance
• Strong data and reporting skills, specifically with Excel and Power BI
• Experience supporting digital tools or systems in a business environment, ideally using Microsoft 365
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail regarding data quality and governance
• Proactive self-starter with an interest in improving processes and user experience
