Group Operations Manager, Surgical Services

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the Surgical Tech enterprise program, from onboarding to graduation and renewal readiness.
• Design operational blueprints and playbooks for consistent program delivery across multiple enterprise clients.
• Align internal cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, Learning, and Product & Engineering.
• Lead and develop a team of operations managers and coordinators.
• Act as a thought leader in defining educational practice and student mastery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of operations, program management, or consulting experience with a B2B or enterprise focus.
• Proven experience building playbooks or standardized operating procedures for complex programs.
• Strong external relationship management skills suitable for health system executives.
• Demonstrated track record of aligning cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing and developing a team.
• Ability to balance high-level strategy with granular execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare workforce, clinical training, or allied health programs.
• Experience in a high-growth startup scaling an enterprise business.
• MBA or equivalent analytical background.
