Group Occupational Health Director

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain Group occupational health strategy, policies, and standards
• Design and oversee health programs including medical surveillance and psychosocial risk initiatives
• Provide expert advice on complex occupational health cases and support crisis situations
• Ensure compliance with occupational health legislation and ethical standards
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track health trends
• Collaborate with HR, EHS, and site management to integrate health considerations into strategic decisions

Requirements

• Degree in medicine, nursing, or a related field with a specialization in occupational health
• Recognized professional certification according to local or international standards
• Significant experience in occupational health within complex, industrial, or large-scale organizations
• Experience at a regional or corporate level within a matrix organization
• Strong understanding of multinational occupational health regulations and best practices
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority
• Analytical and data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English
