About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain Group occupational health strategy, policies, and standards
- Design and oversee health programs including medical surveillance and psychosocial risk initiatives
- Provide expert advice on complex occupational health cases and support crisis situations
- Ensure compliance with occupational health legislation and ethical standards
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track health trends
- Collaborate with HR, EHS, and site management to integrate health considerations into strategic decisions
Requirements
- Degree in medicine, nursing, or a related field with a specialization in occupational health
- Recognized professional certification according to local or international standards
- Significant experience in occupational health within complex, industrial, or large-scale organizations
- Experience at a regional or corporate level within a matrix organization
- Strong understanding of multinational occupational health regulations and best practices
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English
