Group Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage employees as a People Lead, ensuring competence supply and professional development.
• Develop business operations and contribute to the growth of digital products within the Property Solutions division.
• Manage client engagements, maintain customer relationships, and drive sales and tender activities.
• Act as a project manager, assignment lead, or senior consultant for DeDU customers.
• Ensure high-quality delivery and maintain strong financial control within projects.
• Collaborate with the Unit Lead and other Group Managers to foster a trusting and innovative work environment.

Requirements

• Documented experience in people management (as a line manager with salary responsibility).
• Proven experience in tender and bid work.
• Extensive experience within the real estate industry or property management.
• Proficiency in real estate systems such as Vitec, Planima, Hogia, Pythagoras, Momentum, or Lime.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a consulting role.
• Background as a Key Account Manager, Business Developer, or Project Manager within the property sector.
