Group Manager VVS

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the VVS team through coaching and clear leadership
• Drive customer dialogues and contribute to profitable and sustainable business
• Develop the business within strategy, quality, profitability, and competence
• Combine personnel management with operational work as a project leader or specialist
• Identify and transform customer needs into business opportunities

Requirements

• Engineering degree (high school engineer) in construction, energy, or installation, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in VVS design as a consultant, contractor, or client
• Proven experience in leading others
• Proficiency in Revit/MagiCAD and/or AutoCAD/MagiCAD
• Experience with BIM and coordination tools such as Dalux, Solibri, or Trimble
• Strong command of Swedish and English
• Valid B-driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with design in turnkey contracts and industrial projects
• Knowledge of ABK09
• Experience with Maconomy and calculation tools
• Leadership training or certifications (Bas-P, Bas-U, or SSG)
• Established network within the industry
