Group Manager TV Optimization

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and disciplinary leadership for a 5-person team
• Responsible for TV optimization for linear campaigns
• Act as a competent contact for the strategy team and clients regarding tactical questions
• Manage the conception, analysis, and preparation of convincing presentations
• Drive innovative projects and develop new methods for daily operations
• Develop future-oriented approaches for the moving image market in collaboration with clients
• Critically question existing structures and develop new, efficient processes

Requirements

• Proven experience in TV optimization and linear campaign mechanics
• Strong analytical thinking and mathematical understanding
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proactive and curious mindset
