Group Manager - Transitions

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple transitions and projects across MGSC including planning, monitoring, and risk management
• Support team members in driving projects to ensure milestones are met
• Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones
• Define requirements and project lifecycle deployment through kickoff coordination
• Create strategies for proactive risk mitigation and contingency planning
• Manage project budgets and ensure timely escalation of issues
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly project progress updates
• Lead and groom the team through performance management and development
• Identify automation and transformation opportunities to drive efficiencies

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Transition and Project Management
• Proven people leadership experience
• Experience with transitions across domains such as P2P, O2C, Supply Chain, Procurement, or RTR
• Strong stakeholder management and crisis management skills
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presence
• Proficiency in MS Office and Project Management tools
• PMP or Prince 2 certification
