Responsibilities

• Dimension resources and manage the activities of a production team
• Motivate and develop team members within the group
• Guarantee deadlines, quality standards, and cost management for the assigned perimeter
• Promote and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Engineering degree or ES technician in business processes (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in management roles
• Ability to lead and unite multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage change and provide meaningful direction
