Group Manager Plant Design

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for personnel, business, and growth within the Plant Design section in Luleå
• Lead with a coaching approach to create a thriving and developing work environment
• Drive business development and maintain existing customer relationships
• Identify and open new business opportunities within the region
• Participate in the extended management group for Project and Engineering North

Requirements

• Higher technical education, such as Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Construction
• Proven experience in leadership and personnel management
• Experience in sales and managing business relationships
• A strong professional network in the northern Sweden region
• Business-driven, communicative, and coaching leadership style
