Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for personnel, business, and growth within Plant Design
- Build a long-term sustainable operation with high competence and delivery capability
- Lead with a coaching approach to create a thriving work environment
- Drive business development, nurture existing customer relationships, and identify new opportunities
- Participate in the extended management group for Project and Engineering North
Requirements
- University degree in engineering (e.g., Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Design)
- Experience in leadership and personnel management
- Experience in sales and managing business relationships
- Strong regional network and collaborative mindset
- Business-driven and communicative leadership style
