About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage high-performing teams for a USA Insurance campaign
  • Oversee a team of Deputy Managers and Assistant Managers
  • Drive performance management, coaching, and disciplinary actions to meet targets
  • Prioritize deliverables and plan operational workflows effectively
  • Resolve conflicts and maintain a productive, positive team environment
  • Communicate information assertively while demonstrating empathy with colleagues and customers

Requirements

  • Seasoned Operations Manager experience specifically within the US Insurance domain
  • Proven leadership, management, and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to work a 24/7 US-aligned night shift
  • Minimum of Grade 12 education
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and manage individual performance
