About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage high-performing teams for a USA Insurance campaign
- Oversee a team of Deputy Managers and Assistant Managers
- Drive performance management, coaching, and disciplinary actions to meet targets
- Prioritize deliverables and plan operational workflows effectively
- Resolve conflicts and maintain a productive, positive team environment
- Communicate information assertively while demonstrating empathy with colleagues and customers
Requirements
- Seasoned Operations Manager experience specifically within the US Insurance domain
- Proven leadership, management, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to work a 24/7 US-aligned night shift
- Minimum of Grade 12 education
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and manage individual performance
