Group Manager - EAG

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and testing of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Tracking modules.
• Translate HR business requirements into technical specifications through effective business process mapping.
• Manage system configurations including Foundation Objects, MDF objects, Business Rules, Workflows, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
• Configure complex Time Management elements such as Time Sheets, Time Accounts, Work Schedules, and holiday calendars.
• Act as a subject matter expert for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and system maintenance.
• Oversee data migration processes, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Manage semi-annual SAP SuccessFactors releases to evaluate and implement new features.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically within the Time and Time-off modules.
• Proven expertise in configuring time evaluation and time-off setups.
• Deep knowledge of Employee Central (EC), including Position Management and Global Assignments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on HR digital transformation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid SAP SuccessFactors Associate or Professional certifications in Employee Central and Time Tracking.
• Understanding of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and API-based data exchanges.
• Familiarity with other SuccessFactors modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, or Performance & Goals.
• Experience with global localizations (e.g., India, EMEA, or North America).
• Experience in post-merger system integrations or large-scale HR IT migrations.
