Group Manager, Creative Project Management

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop a team of Creative Project Managers through regular feedback and coaching
• Coordinate workload distribution across the CPM team
• Establish consistent production workflows, briefing practices, and tracking standards
• Oversee the execution of creative asset production across static, video, CRM, paid media, and localized content
• Monitor production progress using shared workflow and delivery management tools
• Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain quality standards for brand consistency and technical compliance
• Integrate quality control processes, including localization and compliance reviews, into workflows

Requirements

• Experience in creative project management, integrated production, or creative operations
• Experience leading or mentoring project management teams
• Knowledge of creative production workflows across digital, video, print, and marketing assets
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Workfront, Airtable, Monday.com, or Asana
• Ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously with high attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to translate creative feedback into actionable guidance
• Professional fluency in English; French is desirable
