Group Manager - Climate Optimized Buildings

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 8-10 professionals within the climate-optimized buildings group
• Develop and expand business services to stay ahead of market trends
• Manage client relationships and drive sales and tender activities
• Ensure competent staffing and professional development within the team
• Oversee high-level advisory projects including LCA, GHG calculations, and climate roadmaps
• Drive innovation in circularity and sustainable construction practices

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in sustainability within the real estate or construction industry
• Deep expertise in climate optimization and sustainable building practices
• Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, unprejudiced approach to teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in leadership and team development
• Proficiency with climate calculation software such as One Click LCA, Plant, or BMV
• Practical experience with environmental certifications and circularity/reuse in construction
• Experience driving development work within the sustainable building sector
