About the role

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for integrated media strategies from strategic ideas to execution across all relevant channels
  • Drive full-funnel growth by combining branding and performance across online and offline channels
  • Act as a strategic challenger and thought leader to drive innovation and solution quality
  • Serve as the central consultant for a dynamic multi-market client in the sports nutrition sector
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for project management and agency orchestration
  • Lead, develop, and empower a team both professionally and personally
  • Develop customer-specific measurement frameworks and derive actionable insights

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in media planning or consulting, ideally within a media agency
  • Deep strategic expertise in media strategy, including contact class optimization and DSP setups
  • Strong analytical thinking and presentation skills
  • Very good English skills in speaking and writing
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and initial leadership experience
