Group Manager Business Integrity & Third-Party Risk

Responsibilities

• Design, mature, and operate the Group’s Third-Party Risk Management framework
• Lead development and maintenance of TPRM policies, standards, and governance
• Drive program maturity through uplift of controls, processes, and tools
• Provide reporting and insights on third-party risk exposure to senior leaders
• Act as a senior subject matter expert on anti-bribery, corruption, sanctions, and modern slavery risk
• Oversee risk-based due diligence for high-risk suppliers and complex arrangements
• Lead and develop a small team of due diligence specialists
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, Sustainability, and Finance to embed risk considerations into business processes

Requirements

• Significant experience in third-party risk management, compliance, or business integrity
• Experience designing and maturing frameworks and governance models
• Subject matter expertise in anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and sanctions
• Knowledge of modern slavery risk within supply chains
• Experience conducting enhanced business integrity due diligence
• Proven ability to provide advice to senior stakeholders
• Experience leading or coaching specialist teams
• Strong analytical, judgement, and communication skills
