Responsibilities
- Guide and work within daily care activities alongside the team
- Responsible for daily operations and planning for the team's department or floor
- Manage personnel tasks including recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews
- Participate in developing and quality-assuring operations in accordance with company standards
Requirements
- Educated assistant nurse (undersköterska) or equivalent professional experience, preferably in elderly care
- Good computer literacy
- Very good proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in leadership, coordination, or planning
- Experience within the elderly care sector
