Group Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead operations with responsibility for personnel and results, including utilization, quality, and competence development
• Manage employee development and well-being
• Combine leadership with operational work in projects as a project leader or specialist
• Act as a senior advisor in complex projects regarding fire design and protection
• Maintain customer relationships and identify business opportunities

Requirements

• Academic degree in Fire Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in fire design and fire protection
• Proficiency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Valid B-driver's license
• Experience in leadership or personnel management is a merit
• Experience in sales and customer interaction is a merit
• Experience with budget and result responsibility is a merit

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with coordination in risk management within infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of laws and standards relevant to the safety sector
