About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain the Group-wide Leadership Development Framework to align with strategic priorities and cultural transformation.
  • Manage the Group-level Leadership and MBA program portfolios, ensuring high-quality implementation across the organization.
  • Operate and enhance Group Coaching and Mentoring frameworks to support leadership growth and capability building.
  • Introduce leadership development solutions, assessment tools, and methodologies to support current and future leaders.
  • Integrate new topics such as DEIB, engagement, and new leader onboarding into the leadership portfolio.
  • Lead and enhance Talent Management processes, including People & Talent Discussions and succession readiness tools.
  • Coordinate the international Growww talent program for fresh graduates.
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to promote a strong leadership development culture.

Requirements

  • University degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in leadership development within a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of coaching, mentoring, and adult learning principles.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional or cross-country projects.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to link development initiatives to business goals.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) and strong MS Office skills.
