Group Leader QC

Responsibilities

• Lead and further develop the QC Master Data Management & Services group
• Oversee the maintenance of master data for electronic QC systems, including LIMS and Chromeleon (CDS)
• Manage team operations with a focus on service excellence and structured organization
• Drive continuous improvement in electronic data management processes within the laboratory environment

Requirements

• Proven leadership skills with a passion for developing people
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to organization
• Deep knowledge of electronic laboratory systems, specifically LIMS and Chromatography Data Systems (CDS)
• Practical experience in instrumental analytics
• Fluency in German and English
• Several years of leadership experience in an industrial or pharmaceutical environment is preferred
