Group Leader QC

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the QC Master Data Management & Services team
• Oversee the maintenance and management of master data for electronic QC systems
• Ensure high-quality data integrity within LIMS and Chromatography Data Systems (CDS)
• Drive continuous improvement in electronic system processes and structures
• Act as a reliable leader, fostering a service-oriented mindset within the team

Requirements

• Proven leadership skills with a passion for developing people
• Strong organizational talent and excellent communication skills
• Deep knowledge of electronic laboratory systems, specifically LIMS and CDS (e.g., Chromeleon)
• Solid experience in instrumental analytics
• Professional fluency in German and English
• Several years of leadership experience in an industrial or pharmaceutical environment is preferred
