Group Leader-Material Handler IV

Responsibilities

• Perform on-the-job training for new and current teammates
• Conduct cross-training for teammates across multiple processes
• Identify learning gaps and present materials in various ways to ensure understanding
• Work with the Training Lead to ensure adherence to EHS responsibilities
• Support operations when not performing trainer duties
• Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area and follow sanitation guidelines
• Report unsafe conditions, accidents, or suspicious activity immediately

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents
• Ability to work under minimal supervision in a metrics-driven environment
• Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
• General distribution knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of distribution or warehouse experience
