Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end HR services including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and performance management
- Ensure full compliance with Korean labor laws and employment regulations
- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to Korea leadership on workforce planning and organizational design
- Lead local implementation of Group compensation frameworks and annual reviews
- Partner with Group Talent Acquisition to deliver hiring aligned to workforce plans
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
- Contribute to ESR's global HR transformation and shared services initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10-15 years of progressive HR experience with HR BP exposure
- Strong knowledge of Korean labor law and employment practices
- Proficiency in HRIS and HR tools
- Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting leaders in a multi-entity environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a regional or international organization with matrix reporting lines
- Exposure to HR transformation, shared services, or Group HR frameworks
