Group Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team to deliver on project objectives and operational targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks.
• Manage assigned customer accounts end-to-end, providing accurate unit status updates and driving turnaround time (TAT) improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and quality.
• Manage resource allocation and workload balancing within the team.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Monitor and update Epoint.

Requirements

• Completed post-secondary education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading and managing teams within a technical or aerospace environment.
• Eligibility for Controlled Goods Program (CGP) security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace product development or manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace industry standards and project management practices.
• Proficiency with tools and technologies used to monitor project progress and team performance.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies and quality management systems.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
