Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and supervise nursing staff
• Manage staffing and scheduling
• Participate actively in nursing work for quality assurance and guidance purposes
• Ensure work follows the Social Services Act and established routines
• Conduct development meetings with staff and lead certain staff meetings
• Perform quality, work environment, and environmental management tasks
• Report directly to the Operations Manager and participate in the management team

Requirements

• Certification as an Assistant Nurse (undersköterska) from Socialstyrelsen
• At least two years of experience successfully leading employees and teams
• Proficiency in using support systems such as electronic journals, planning, and payroll systems
• Valid Swedish work permit
• Clean criminal record

Preferred Qualifications

• Education in leadership or experience in leadership roles
• Experience working in privately run operations
• Knowledge of the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL)
• Experience in dementia, somatic, and geriatric care
• Knowledge of documentation according to the Social Services Act (SoL)
