Group Leader Dispensing

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a shift team of 5-10 employees within the dispensing area
• Ensure GMP-compliant, timely manual portioning of raw materials, intermediates, and APIs
• Manage all operational processes within the unit to ensure quality, quantity, and timing standards are met
• Drive process optimizations and implement new ideas to improve efficiency
• Establish strong interfaces with other production departments
• Maintain high standards for occupational safety, environmental protection, and compliance
• Support the onboarding and professional development of new team members

Requirements

• Completed training as a Chemikant, Chemielaborant, or Logistiker EFZ (with additional professional certification preferred)
• Several years of professional experience in GMP-regulated manual dispensing or portioning
• Proven leadership experience and motivation to develop a team
• Hands-on mentality with experience handling chemicals, active ingredients, and cleanroom technology (containment)
• Proficient knowledge of SAP and/or MES systems
• Fluency in German; basic knowledge of English is required
